岗位职责：
1.会计核算和报告/Accounting and Reporting ？审核成本相关原始单据，包括出入库单据、生产工单等，参与月末结账/ Verify cost related source documents, including goods receipts, work orders, etc., and participate in month-end closing. ？了解生产工艺，计划、研究和收集数据信息，以确定公司的成本结构和核算体系，如原材料成本、直接/间接人工和制造费用/ Understand the production process, plan, research and collect data and information to determine the company's cost structure and accounting system, such as raw material costs, direct/indirect labor and manufacturing overhead. ？向管理层提供报告，分析实际制造成本，编制实际生产成本与预算计划的定期比较报告，解释影响因素/ Provide reports to management to analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare periodic comparisons of actual production costs to budgeted plans, explaining influencing factors. 2.财务管理与合规/ Finance Governance & Compliance ？协助上级撰写并维护存货管理和费用控制制度，落实管控措施和流程/ Assist superior to define and maintain inventory management and cost control policy, implement control measures and processes. ？对成本费用进行监督，以合理控制公司各项支出/ Supervise costs and expenses in order to reasonably control all company expenditures ？组织年度存货抽盘及协助固定资产盘点/ Organize annual inventory stock-taking and assist in fixed assets counting ？协助组织并推动编制公司年度经营/预算计划中项目/产品成本，监督和检查预算执行情况，跟踪控制成本和分析/ Assist in organizing and promoting the preparation of project/product costs in the company's annual budget plan, supervise and check budget implementation, tracking and controlling costs and analysis ？参与到公司报价系统的设计和建立，分析产品报价和小时费率，工时，利润率等/ Participate to the design and establishment of the company's quoting system, analyze product quotes and hourly rates, working hours, profit margins, etc. ？与项目经理/商务市场部门协调新项目报价，与工艺等跨部门团队合作，根据系统成本分配调整报价模型，以适应不同的项目，支持转入新业务/ Coordinate new project quotes with Project Managers/Commercial Marketing, work with cross-functional teams such as Methods, adjust quoting models to different projects based on system cost allocation, support transition to new business. 3.外部接口/ External interfaces ？政府及其他外部报表或数据的报送/ Reporting of government and other external statements or data ？与当地政府部门建立联系，协助获取政府补助/ Establish contact with local government departments and assist in obtaining government grants ？协助建立公司应收款项流程，负责账务核算，跟踪应收账款催收及账期管理/ Assist in setting up the company's accounts receivable process, responsible for accounting, tracking accounts receivable collection and credit term management. 4.其他/Others: ？参与公司ERP系统的实施并逐步建立标准作业指导书，结合ERP实施，帮助公司建立完整的成本核算体系，包括项目成本和产品成本不同维度/ Participate in the implementation of the company's ERP system and gradually establish standard operating instructions, combined with the implementation of ERP, to help the company establish a complete cost accounting system, including project costs and product costs in different dimensions ？完成上级交予的其他工作/ Complete other work assigned by superior. 岗位要求： 1.会计学本科学位或相关学科本科学位/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required. 2.五年或以上制造企业相关财务工作经验，有合资或独资企业经验者优先 / Requires Five or more years of relevant financial experience in a manufacturing site, joint venture or WOFE experience will be plus. 3.大型设备制造类会计经验优先，比如航空/铁路/船舶/ Large equipment manufacturing accounting experience preferred , such as aviation/railways/ships. 4.优秀的微软办公软件操作能力，比如Excel / Excellent Microsoft Office software operation skills such as Excel 5.熟练使用ERP软件，会多种ERP者优先（比如金蝶/SAP/INFOR） / Proficiency in ERP software, multiple ERPs preferred (e.g. Kingdee/SAP/INFOR) 6.有会计资格（中级会计师等）者优先/ Accounting designation (Intermediate Accountant etc) preferred 7.熟悉中国会计准则/国际会计准则/good knowledge of PRC GAAP, IFRS 8.良好的英语口语和书面表达能力/ Good English skills in both oral and written 9.有优秀的沟通技巧 / Have an excellent communication skill 10.有良好的纪律性、团队合作以及开拓创新精神/ Have good discipline, teamwork and pioneering and innovative spirit 11.具有业务导向和分析能力/Business oriented with analytical skills 12.负责任，积极主动的工作态度，有能力在压力下工作/ Accountability, proactive working attitude, ability to work under pressure.
