岗位职责：
Key Responsibilities: 1. Amend and update inspection SOP/WI, provide appropriate training to inspectors. 编写及更新检验SOP/WI并给予检验员适当的培训; 2. Amend and update MSA, SPC, FMEA. 编写及更新MSA、SPC、FMEA; 3. Monitor, analyse, follow up and resolve product quality issues using quality tools. 运用质量工具监控过程质量，分析、跟进和解决产品质量问题; 4. Determine abnormalities that occur during the process, record the data, coordinate with relevant departments to implement improvement and corrective actions, and identify appropriate corrective and preventive actions. 针对过程中出现的异常进行判定，数据记录，协调相关部门进行改善和处理措施，并找出适当的纠正预防措施; 5. Participate in internal and external quality system audits to ensure production, inspection, and recording follow requirements. 参与内部与外部的质量体系审核，确保产线按照要求进行生产、检验和记录; 6. Exemplifying a safety-first mind-set and ensuring compliance with the GKN Aerospace Health, Safety and Environmental policies and standards. 践行安全第一的思维模式，并确保遵守GKN Aerospace的健康、安全与环境政策和标准。 7. Willing to Lead root cause analysis, preventative and corrective action to reduce/eliminate non-conformances utilizing the GKN standard Zero Defect Manufacturing (ZDM) tool suite. 愿意领导根本原因分析、预防及纠正措施，利用GKN标准零缺陷制造（ZDM）工具套件，以减少或消除不符合项。 8. Maintain positive, team relationships with internal and external customers, as well as co-workers 与内部和外部客户以及同事保持积极、团队合作的关系。 9. Performs other duties as assigned. 完成公司领导交办的其他事宜。 Job Requirement: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 3 years of quality relevant working experience, Experience in glass, automotive or aviation industry is preferred 本科或以上学历，三年以上相关工作经验，具有玻璃行业、汽车行业或航空经验优先 2. Familiar with AS9100/IATF16949，Quality control tools，APQP process. 熟悉AS9100/IATF16949，QC手法，APQP流程 3. Familiar with the use of conventional gauges and measuring instruments, have the sense with instruments calibration. CMM measurement experience and ability is better. 熟悉常规检具量具及测量仪器的使用和校准要求，具备三坐标的测量经验和能力优先。 4. Able to read and understand English drawings, understand dimension tolerance and GD/T, can make the inspection method and plan. 能看懂英文图纸，了解基本尺寸公差、形位公差，并制定检验方法 5. Good professional quality, proactive, serious and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, good coordination ability 良好的职业素养，工作积极主动，认真严谨，责任心强，协调能力好
